NGOs, training institutions, and private sector businesses with on the ground operations and expertise in Puntland and South central Somalia regions in Vocational/technical skills, Work readiness skills , Self-employment skills , Literacy and numeracy skills, Youth Counseling , Accompaniment/Mentorship , Use of Communications Technology are invited to submit an Expression of Interest.
Round 1 : Send Expression of Interest. Organizations that send an expression of interest in response to this announcement will be reviewed and evaluated for their capacity to implement programs. The review will be based on the criteria outlined on the full Announcement: Go to www.shaqodoon.org to view and download a copy of this announcement.
Round 2: Qualified Entities from Round 1 will be invited to submit a full proposal. Those who qualify will be invited to submit full proposals later this year.
