Hope Medical & Technology University (HMTU) was founded by Somali intellectuals from the Diaspora and in the country in order to help develop higher education institutions destroyed by prolonged civil war. HMTU provides a unique opportunity for high school graduates to obtain post secondary degrees in medical and technology fields.
