| 1 | ADD | This command is use when adding members to the ALERTS module | 13 | LOGOUT | Use this command to logout of the Souktel system |
| 2 | ADDS | This stands for ‘Add Sender’. It is used when giving a user such as member of staff the permission to send BULK SMS message via Souktel to the youths or other created groups. | 14 | MATCH, MT | Use this when you want to be matched with the most suitable job advert or CV. |
| 3 | ANSWER, ANS | This command is used when answering SURVEY’S | 15 | PIN | This is your unique PIN code to access the Souktel system via your Mobile. |
| 4 | CG | The CG command is used when creating groups for the ALERTS Module. cg [choose group name] | 16 | REMOVE, REM, RM | This is used when removing items from the system. After registration send PIN from mobile and you will receive your PIN number. |
| 5 | CV | Curriculum Vita, create mini CV about yourself including education, work experience age etc for employers to view | 17 | SEARCH | Use this to search for items in the system i.e. search for a job advert. |
| 6 | DELETE, DEL | This command is used when deleting items from the system including groups, members, alerts etc | 18 | SEND GROUP, SG | This is used when sending messages to members of a group. |
| 7 | DELS | This command is used when ‘Deleting Sender’ that has been given permission previously to send SMS messages. | 19 | SHOW | If you use the HIDE command and you want your profile to be visible to others again then simply text SHOW and your profile will be visible to potential employer or employees. |
| 8 | HELP | Use this command when you require help. This will return list of option with the most common commands. | 20 | UPDATE | Use this command when you want to update your profile, mini CV or mini Adverts. |
| 9 | HIDE | This will temporarily hides your profile from potential Employers or Employees. If you hide your profile by sending the hide command employers will not be able to see your profile, CV’s or for an Employer the mini Adverts created. | 21 | VIEW, VW | This command is used to view job vacancy. |
| 10 | JOBREG | Send this command if you are an individual Jobseeker who wants to register with the Souktel service. | 22 | MORE | The MORE command is used when you want view more job Adverts that has been found from the search you performed. |
| 11 | JV | This stands for ‘Job Vacancy’ used for when search for jobs | 23 | END | This is used when you want to terminate the current session your on. If you try signing in and you get an error message then send SMS message with command END. |
| 12 | LOGIN | After registration use this command to login to the system. login [prefix] [pin number] | 24 | REGISTER, REG | Send this command if you’re a non-individual i.e. an NGO, Training partners or Business partners to register to use Souktel |
